And a new President's ability to get legislation through. Historically, a President has been able to do this before the opposition solidified.

In Trumps case, the opposition has already solidified, but he also has majorities on both houses. And I think the Reps will overlook a lot in order to pass much of their agenda.

His honeymoon is likely to last at least until 2018.
