Buying access to Trump - hypocrisy very much?

So, now they're providing access to Trump in exchange for donations to his charity. His sons set this up in Texas.

Isn't this the exact same thing they were beating us over the head with during the campaign - selling access to Hillary in exchange for donations to her charity, the Clinton Global Initiative?
