She usually uses the John F Kennedy School of Government as a backdrop. The right needs to find their own f--kin icons. They know nobody would take seriously a George W. Bush School Of Government.

people she knows will make outrageous lies for her to slap down. I like her but prefer the few shows that don't invite these outrageous liars and give them air time.

And, NO, every show does not do it.

We now know we have a duty to NOT contribute to the revenue streams that pay for the dishonest, fake "journalism" that is destroying our nation. CNN and MSNBC are doing too well to be willing to change their recipe, which very much includes not offending significant blocs of their viewerships by showing basic beliefs to be wrong.

May I suggest checking out the information being published by The Center for American Progress? I mention it as a think tank where some of our liberal progressive leaders will be battling the right from. One of a number of gathering places for activists where truth is told.

TV is addictive, but a little time spent reading the works and plans of activists not only leaves less time for sitting hooked up to the milking machine, but the stuff on TV starts sounding as shallow and dishonest as it is and being exploited as unacceptable as it should be.

and of the complaining. It's dumb to appear on cable infotainment shows in the first place. The dominant TV medium is all about conflict. Infotainment on cable news, and reality TV on the networks. Trump kept himself in the public eye by humiliating people on television.
Democrats and republicans get what they ask for (conflict) by going on cable news shows and people lap it up because they love a good fight- and to see people humiliated. Everything is verbal WWF and we haven't learned to reject it even after one of the hateful "stars" was elected president.

I wonder how much the low trunout had to do with people being disgusted by the anger and conflict that has come from republicans? I know that in my house it was sacrelige to discuss it at all because people dislike it so much. It's a losing proposition if people find themselves too nauseated to pay attention and refuse to vote.

Sarah Isgur Flores basically told Dean , "you lost, deal with it."

Nothing about the fact Trump lost by 3, 000, 000 popular votes. Nothing about the FBI and the Russians putting their thumb on the scale for him.

It's as if they are reliving a time when they were schoolyard bullies or on the receiving end of it.

It has been pretty well established that they are going to ignore facts. Why help them add to the bullet points of the arguments they make? The more the opposition responds the more they get to repeat their arguments. The GOP is just better at delivering canned talking points. It's not so bad that we don't excell in that area, but we do need to figure out a way to make our points better.

because of how they acted when they lost a lot of people won't even try to discuss politics anymore. They muddied it up. If we continue we will just continue to reduce the level of civic engagement. We should not forget that we had a very low turnout in Nov.

Not to disparage the Talking Heads there, like Rachel Maddow & Chris Hayes (who I really like )....

But can't tell ya how many times MSNBC interrupted a Bernie event to show an hour of the fascist-elect. Not to mention his damn pompous ass victory tour and the all the free press. Just like the rest of the MSM, they caved.

Rumor has it somewhere they'll be a true "resistance" network with Keith Olbermann.

What the hell happen this election, did the Democratic leadership buy into Trumps narrative of the media? Why weren't they screaming about how much airtime they were giving Trump, pointing out the conflict of interest between Trump and the networks, and why the **** did they agree to allow the same people that built up Trump's image for years, to moderate the debates...
