Hopefully he will just take the glory and leave the work to others.
I was thinking about how when in the office, the POTUS gets so much questioning, blame and criticism, but though the M$M might not do anything but cheerlead for him. But this makes it likely that they could turn on him and criticize him even more.

(82,849 posts)After yesterday, when he fumbled practically every question he was asked during an impromptu availability, Trump's not going to be anxious for a repeat. It doesn't feed his ego, he looks like the fool that he is, and nobody is cheering his every utterance (instead, they're remembering inconvenient stuff he said previously).
I do like reminding Trump voters how important they thought it was during the campaign when Hillary Clinton wasn't holding press conferences frequently enough to suit them.
