GWB did run on a racist, xenophobic, nativist and sexist platform, but I will say that good ole GWB, g_d bless him--never talked abut grabbing ANYBODY'S pussy!

No, seriously-- I agree with you--Trump has gone into the slime. . . . But I have to say we wouldn't be in this shitty situation were it not for their damned Saint Ronny Reagan. . .

Is it not just a nauseating thought that this thing will be president next month?

The Beach Boys were one of the most famous bands of the 60s, their songs show up everywhere, there have been hundreds of cover versions of their songs, and their influence is astonishing. The Beatles repeatedly claimed that Sgt. Pepper's would never have happened if it hadn't been for Pet Sounds. I would definitely recommend to listening to more music from the sixties. I love eighties new wave the most but the sixties bands are incredible.

I looked it up. I cannot relate to their music, which is probably why I do not remember them. Surfin usa? Yeah, ok. Music was still segregated when they were on the charts, so, my family probably wasn't to excited about them either. But I know damn near ever band that topped the soul or rap or r and b charts for the last thirty years.
I did just listen to a few and I see why people are nostalgic for those times. I like Wilson Phillips better.

Brian won't be performing with whatever band Mike Love has assembled and is calling the "Beach Boys," and obviously Carl and Dennis left us years ago. Mike Love was always the no-talent idiot in the band, ferociously jealous of Brian's genius, and he has always loved acting out for attention.
