Even if they didn't leave it out, they did bury the lede.

To me, this is the worst part of the quote. It is the bullies approach to finding the biggest stick he has to force other people to go along with him.

It is an incredibly dangerous idea. Some may go along but most will react defensively. More nukes for everyone!!!
