It is no longer a question of trying to work in a bipartisan fashion, this is fighting them by all means possible. The republicans have declared war on American. The denial of the rightful appointment by President Obama of a SC justice, the interference of Comey and the FBI in the election process, and North Carolina removing the power from the Governor of that state just because he is a Democrat, are the first casualties.

The Democratic Party did with everything but Supreme Court. It seems 50 seats is fair anyway. We will enjoy the 50 seat rule in 2018 when we win back the senate.
