Vanity Fair: The Exact Moment Each of Trumps Enemies Sold Their Souls

It's a slideshow at the link below, worth a click.

The Exact Moment Each of Trump’s Enemies Sold Their Souls

The Exact Moment Each of Trump’s Enemies Sold Their SoulsLess than 10 months ago, standing up to Donald Trump was among the most noble, patriotic acts sententious Republicans could perform. Oh, how times have changed. Whether it was for the cause of the American people, or in the interest of saving their hides or reviving their careers, these former #NeverTrumpers found it in their hearts to forgive the gaffe-prone Republican, whether he was caught misusing his family charity or bragging about groping women’s genitals. Herein, the exact, ignominious moments they struck their respective Faustian deals with the great orange devil, captured on film forever.

did howard stern always mean to be a boring, traditional disc jockey and he just kept accidentally saying the controversial things that eventually made him hundreds of millions of dollars?

just because they say the kind of thing that would destroy anyone else's career doesn't mean it's a gaffe when they say it. both stern and toxic trump crafted their public persona out of saying such things.

an alternative view would be that in toxic trump's case, a "gaffe" would be if he accidentally sounded like a statesman, or someone with a brain or a heart, instead of just a spleen, a colon, and a bile duct.

by that standard, toxic trump is not gaffe-prone at all.

don't lose these ring kissing moments down the memory hole.

I still figure the GOP game plan is to see if Trump plays ball with their agenda. If he doesn't, they'll give him a nice can of

One of Trump's most vocal critics...one who put his name behind the movement to come up with a spoiler candidate for the convention, whether he was that actual spoiler candidate or not...what the hell did he expect? Trump and his hard-on for "revenge" are well documented. Apparently, his sense of ambition overrode his common sense.

a Blue Dog is better than a liberal to a lot of people here.

Sickening how fast people will sell out for political expediency.

Even though the article says the newly soulless were "captured on film forever," this is not possible. Everyone knows that vampires cannot be photographed.

These are digital images.

There will be plenty of Dems on the list this time in 17.

Their going to go gunning for social programs next year and plenty of Democrats will join them.

First of all there's the Cruzer
We were told he's a loser
But now he's in sync
Kissed the devil's ring
Walking in the Donald's wonderland.

Here comes Mitt, tan and smiling
His bright teeth are a shining
He hoped for a job,
Fit for a snob,
But he got Scrooged in Donald's wonderland.

In a tower Trump has built his no men.
Screwing all the dreams for farmer Brown.
Newt and Christie, Rudy were just dough men
Even Sara couldn't blow him down.

Very soon he'll retire
His blue pills will expire
But we hope he'll implode
Before we explode
Praying for a future wonderland.
