2. It would be tougher to justify now with the precedent of Secretary Kerry diligently

using state.gov for non classified email and archiving any random work related email that he receives on a personal email account. The administration changed their policy.

Hillary did not face such a precedent -- and I am pretty certain the question will come up given the whole Clinton email saga,

my first instinct was that they'd use a private email server out of convenience and to use the destruction of politically damaging crap, but part of my thinks they'll use a private server just as a big "f*ck you" to hillary and democrats.
