Does anyone else think that Prez Obama's response to Russian hacking is inadequate?

Former KGB agent Vladimir Putin hacks American computers to manipulate the election of our president and all Obama does is kick out some spies? Give me a break! Putin installs his "Useful Idiot" who will destroy the American economy, ruin our way of life, degrade the school system, inspire racism and bigotry, and create enough class warfare to make the United States a third world country.

The sanctions that Obama put on Russia can easily be reversed by Trump. And for those of you who think that he won't because it will make him look bad, well guess again. EVERYTHING that Trump has done over the past 18 months has made him look bad. Why do you think he'll suddenly stop doing things that will make him look bad.

Russia has acted in a way that can possibly end America as we know it. President Obama should have hit back harder than he did and in such a way that it would make Russia or any other country think twice about meddling in our affairs.

There as a hack on the Kremlin before the election. I'm pretty sure that was them. http://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-37857658

They aren't going to announce they did it, but others (like Eichenwald, IIRC) have come to the same conclusion I did.

The White House said the public isn't going to know about everything they do in response.

Sadly, he is a gentleman.

He just can't get his ass in gear to take out the opposition. This has been his pattern from the beginning.

Speaks loudly for him. Speaks like shit for the rest of the country.

it's why I just do not care for the rave reviews....did he do well? Considering what he inherited, yes. Did he do the best he could have done overall? HELL FUCKING NO.

That holds for just about anything obama does.

Freeze assets? Toxic trump eould unfreeze them.

Just about the only thing irreversible would be military action; but even then, toxic trump could say he'll stop all that on day one. And perhaps even compensate pooty for the attack.

And maybe never will.

How far to go probably gets tricky with so many variables in play including the safety and security of Americans abroad.

I imagine France and Germany are glad Obama did something to send a message to Russia since they are holding elections in 2017 and are concerned about Russian interference in them.

On the other hand, the blase response of the president elect over this serious matter of national security and the integrity of our elections, certainly seems . . . inadequate. Any other politician who treated the Russian incursion with the same shrug of his shoulders that Trump has would be getting raked over the coals by the popular media.

But Trump is being allowed to skate. Makes you wonder why.
