My first take is that you want to say "Trump fuck."

"Truck fump" is better. But still too clever by half.

4. i considered "TRUCK FUMP" but it seemed wrong

mainly because "TRUCK" is already a noun with a number of associated preceding adjectives

so "FUMP TRUCK" just seemed more correct, somehow
(yes, truck is also a verb, but in this case we're talking about something to stick on the noun, modifying the truck, if you like)

i figure any bumper sticker with more than 3 words will probably only be read at stoplights and parking lots

wrt content, it might be pumping too many big ideas at once, and acts as a broadside vs. a large segment of the population rather than its figurehead -- still, maybe it works for you. good luck with it.
