Any one know of a good translation app for desktop?

I am trying Google translate app on my PC.

Leaves a lot to be desired, unless I am missing something in this Chinese sentence translated by google:

Chen Shaoxia sweet marry the father of luxury Ferrari luxury lake exposure there are parks

I think it improved the original language, making everything look poetic. With the Chinese translation, I think this may be the kind of thing Chinese people say to each other. What circumstances he knows about?
