Donald Trump's closest advisor Steve Bannon thinks there will be war with China in the next few years
Mr Bannon's comments on his radio show are re-surfacing as the 'special counsellor' assumes unprecedented power in the White House
Andrew Griffin

Donald Trump's closest advisor thinks that the US will be at war with China in the next few years.

The far-right figure, who has been given unprecedented power in the White House and has suggested in the past that he supports white supremacy, suggested that the two countries are headed towards war over the South China Sea.

“We’re going to war in the South China Sea in five to 10 years, aren’t we?” Mr Bannon said on his radio show in March 2016. “There’s no doubt about that. They’re taking their sandbars and making basically stationary aircraft carriers and putting missiles on those. They come here to the United States in front of our face — and you understand how important face is — and say it’s an ancient territorial sea.”

The fascist Trump and his brownshirts have told us all along what they would do in power and everybody denied it.

Surely Trump will pivot after getting the nomination, right? Nope.

Well now that Trump won the Electoral college election, surely he will pivot and start acting like a president of all the people, right?

Nope, its shock and awe against the public, non-stop.

So here Bannon has clearly stated that we will be in a war with China but surely he was just bullshitting right?

Uh...right???

China takes it seriously as they have said. These insane bastards are getting ready to start WW3 with a nuclear armed huge country.

I believe Russia is behind this as well. A war between the USA and China would take both countries out of Putin's way.

Mother Russia would be the last remaining superpower of the entire world in the aftermath of a nuclear exchange between China and the USA.

There will be swift retaliation from US if China persists and becomes more aggressive in staking out claims there.

Trump has already announced he wants billions more for major expansion of US Navy. Massive US Naval presence will ensure our domination of S. China Sea to further the interests of US and Russian oil oligarchs. Keeping China dependent on Russian and US gas and oil and ensuring energy prices don't fall is top priority, regardless of cost to American taxpayers.

China military official: War with US under Donald Trump 'becoming practical reality'
Sino-US relations are becoming more tense under America's new administration
Will Worley Saturday 28 January 2017

War with the US under Donald Trump is “not just a slogan” and becoming a “practical reality”, a senior Chinese military official has said.

The remarks were published on the People’s Liberation Army website, apparently in response to the aggressive rhetoric towards China from America's new administration.

They communicated a view from inside the Central Military Commission, which has overall authority of China’s armed forces.

But that assumes that the Trump admin knows anything about diplomacy, which I doubt. Too many war mongers in control now. If you see a reinstatement of the draft, you'll know that they plan to wage war.

We were middle-school age girls--and we asked it if there would be WW III --got a yes--and then
asked it what country would be involved.

I've never forgotten the answer: China. Honestly. China. It was not even in our experience to think of it. We were all 13 or 14, white,
middle class kids in a northern NJ suburb. China.

I still get chills thinking about it.

And seeing as how Trump has already expressed interest in using nuclear weapons in war...

9 terrifying things Donald Trump has publicly said about nuclear weapons
Trump said he might use nuclear weapons and questioned why we would make them if we wouldn’t use them

https://thinkprogress.org/9-terrifying-things-donald-trump-has-publicly-said-about-nuclear-weapons-99f6290bc32a#.e3aam0ncf

China has a huge friggen army, the only..I repeat...the ONLY way we could fight a force that large and hope to win would be with nuclear weapons.

But we keep making the same mistake over and over again with Trump.

Surely he wouldn't do something as crazy as this..right?

Even though his closest advisor in the white house and now on the NSC in a position usually reserved for Generals in the military, has been and still is, beating the war drums against China.

I'm telling you we are going to go to war against China and it will either start as a nuclear surprise attack against them by Trump/Bannon or it will quickly escalate to that level as we cannot hope to defeat a huge military as China has any other way.

Yet people still don't get it.

They will when it will be way to late to do anything about it.

We are probably well past that point if I'm being honest to myself.

Some people hold out hope that the republican party will come to its senses and stop the monster.

No way that will ever happen. They sold their souls to the devil a long time ago and won't turn back now.
