Now that republiClowns are mumbling about 'repairing', rather than repealing Obamacare...

It's time to haul out the Vox (Ezra Klein) cartoon 'explainer' to illustrate why it's not possible to pick and choose parts to kill.

While Obama was President, the GOP could chant their simple slogan of repeal and replace. But now, with complete control, they know that there is no plan. There is no replace. There is only repeal.

If they repeal, the Southern whites that are the GOP base will lose coverage.

One imagines that, 6 years after the ACA was passed, the GOP thinkers (and I use that term very loosely) are trying to figure out the replace part.

Insurance Companies demanding Congress fix the amount of money for the subsidies . It is all about the money to the Insurance Companies.

I enjoy asking my conservative co-workers "What value does a for-profit health insurance company add to our healthcare delivery system?"
Lot's of exploding heads and deflection is all I get in response.
