Remember when Trump's camp offered John Kasich the VP position?

Not just the VP position, but the MOST POWERFUL VP in history, putting him in charge of all domestic and foreign policy.

In retrospect, I wish Kasich had taken him up on the offer.

Yes, we would still be in deep shit. But nothing in comparison to this Bannon/Miller clusterf**k in which we're currently mired.

Do you really think John Kasich is any different than Mike Pence? How would Kasich have stopped Bannon/Miller from doing what they are now doing? Do you think Kasich really disagrees with what Bannon/Miller are doing? It is very possible that Bannon/Miller could have iced out Kasich and prevented him from having a say if he disagreed with what they were doing. More than likely the only thing that would have stopped Bannon/Miller was preventing Trump from getting to the White House. There is a quote supposedly from Bannon in which he says he is just using Donald Trump and he is not sure whether or not Trump knows he is being used. It is likely Bannon had this planned well before Trump took office. It is very possible that Bannon only wanted to use Kasich in order to get conservatives to vote for Trump so Bannon could get to the White House.

Me.

After all, Pence is in situ and he hasn't been able to hold them back

I think Pence does have say on the more politically minute matters that Trump doesn't want to be bothered with. For example, I think he handled the Supreme Court pick all by himself.

But it's still going to be the Donald and Steve show in the end bringing the thunder and lightning. All for the glory of Donald by way of Steve.
