Thoughts on Trump voters giving up after things don't get better?

We know a lot of the base has been upset at the party and pushing things further and further to the right and Trump is pretty much as far right as it's going to get. So after 4 years of disaster where are they going to go? The GOP will have backed itself up against a wall or preferably a cliff.

and not know where to go. These folks have a shit load of guns too. They may just decide it's time to revolt. However, I think if he goes down many may give up on the ballot box.

They were not voting for chaos. I still hear the "give him a chance" and "he's more presidential than Hillary".

I firmly believe it will take something that hits them personally before they learn they've been conned.

I will not have sympathy.

In their mouths and pulling the trigger an acceptable answer? At least then we can have elections fought over ideas and legitimate issues.

Despite Trump's talk of "carnage," the country was doing fine when Obama left.
If Trump manages, however unlikely, to stay afloat, conservatives will just take credit for any good left by Obama, finally accept it and claim success.

If Trump crashes the economy, then it's Obama's fault.
