Since this is a major free for all I wish a bunch of Republicans would cross over in the Senate or just go Independent and caucus with the Dems for a period of time. Shut his ass down on a number of things to teach him a lesson.

I know it'll never happen. But now that we're in the wild west end of politics, it might at least slow him down for a while.

I'd like to wake up to one piece of spectacular news like that at least one morning soon.

5. That's a good idea

and maybe if someone helps them think about it, the ones who haven't turned into zombies yet, we might have a chance. Without that, we have only some other group in the government to do the unthinkable so that we the people don't actually do it ourselves. That could get really ugly and do nothing to heal the country. There are probably enough of the voting citizen population pissed off enough to go there already.

Whatever happens from here on out, it isn't gonna be pretty regardless of the outcome.
