but this latest "he is illiterate" is one of those stupid theories that make us look bad.
There is another thread on DU about the same subject. I pointed out that he read the teleprompters all the time.
He is lazy and ignorant, but he can read.

corrected because back when we were in school they really didn't have a method for teaching dyslexic kids.

That is the sign of a poor reader, but he can read. Just not at a normal for age level

and at my best I can read 800 words per minute.

I was much better when I was in my 20s and 30s, but that's when I had to read faster to keep up with my studies and do large amounts of reading for my job. Now, at 66, 3/4s of my reading is for pleasure and I can't imagine spending days to read a book.

I've never used a Kindle. Only "Yucky Books" as my daughter used to describe them.
