So now mentally unstable people can buy guns. Makes even tRump eligible then, yes?

What's next, the heavily medicated? How about trigger finger holes in straight jackets? We have the largest incarcerated population in the world, maybe they can buy guns and guard themselves. What could go wrong there? Think of all the money we could save on correctional officers.

he even has held one of the near mythical NYC carry permits for years; I suppose in case his bodyguards weren't around.

Other then that, it's still illegal for some classes of "mentally unstable" people to own guns.
