Trump is violating court orders and there doesn't seem to be a way to make him comply.

http://www.slate.com/articles/news_and_politics/jurisprudence/2017/02/trump_is_violating_the_court_orders_against_his_muslim_ban.html

That Goldberg can’t find a carrier willing to ignore CBP’s illegal orders and take these people to the United States isn’t even worst part of this story. Even more egregious, she said, is the defiance of a court order issued Tuesday night specifically instructing U.S. officials to return to the plaintiffs “their passports containing validly issued immigrant visas.” On Wednesday, Goldberg tried to get the passports back, with no luck. On Thursday, she tried again and was again turned away.

“If you would have asked me any time in my life, would we get a president who could absolutely disregard the three-system body that we have in this country, I wouldn’t have believed you,” Goldberg told me when we spoke on Wednesday. “To blatantly disregard a judicial order is for me beyond comprehension.” Fourteen days into the Trump administration, we’re learning the world is daily more full of things previously thought to be beyond comprehension.

We've relied on the courts to keep the other branches of the government from violating the law or the Constitution, and in the past their orders have always been obeyed. Even Nixon eventually gave up the secret tapes, though the issue went to the Supreme Court. But apparently the CBP has been directed (by whom?) not to obey the federal courts' TROs. We are in a mess now.

Go to agency flunky #1, demand the documents

When they refuse, have them arrested.

Tell them to let Trump know he can come bail their ass out of jail any time.

Move to agency flunky #2.........repeat

Doubtful local cops would have the authority to arrest a federal official for defying a federal court order.

Really? Take a moment please and think about what you are saying......

Do you REALLY think they send federal marshalls to pick up every idiot to violates a court order?

Hell no, they don't. They send a warrant to the locals and ask them to pick up the violator. Then they transfer them to a federal court for a hearing.

and re-check my constitutional law and federal criminal procedure textbooks. I did this stuff for a living.

Federal marshals are used to enforce federal orders. That's the way it works. The Marshal's Service executes all lawful writs, processes, and orders issued under the authority of the United States.

But now it looks like the marshals are refusing to even serve the orders. http://www.forbes.com/sites/eriksherman/2017/02/01/us-marshalls-accused-of-not-serving-court-orders-about-immigration-ban/#d13b1a217475

I'm living in the real world.

Where every fucking day of the week, people are arrested for violating a court order.

Now he can fill their spots with his private goons to keep away anyone with authority to arrest him for defying a court order.

UPDATE: The Secret Service has branded the report by reporter Steve Clemons that at least two managers were forced to resign overnight as “absolutely false”, the Washington Examiner reported. Friday morning.

Clemons corrected and clarified his reports to now state that officials with White House cyber security were forced out. His new tweets have been added at the end of this article.
“The report regarding the Secret Service personnel is absolutely false,” an agency spokeswoman said Friday.

She referred all further questions to the White House press office, which did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
