Lawyer on Hayes is saying that detainees are secretly kept in airports and are being forced to sign over rights and are being deported. Even permanent residents are being interrogated and possibly deported. Sounds like homeland has gone rogue.
Looks like Trump administration is sending a message IT WILL NOT COMPLY. It is looking for a judge who will reverse the order.

(11,996 posts)3. Interesting. This cbp.gov link says they'll comply with court orders..
As we worked to implement this Executive Order, a number of court orders were issued based on lawsuits filed in the wake of the order. Upon issuance of the court orders, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) immediately began taking steps to comply with the orders and did so with professionalism.
We are and will continue enforcing President Trumps Executive Order humanely and with professionalism. We are and will remain in compliance with judicial orders. DHS will continue to protect the homeland.
