8. CNN says the ban would only go back into effect...

if it goes to the Ninth District Court, and they agree to grant a stay of the order from the judge...Ninth Circuit is a VERY LIBERAL Court. So then it goes to Supreme Court...if it goes before SCOTUS before GOP can install its Conservative pick, we could see a 4/4 ruling, which would make Ninth Circuit Court ruling the law of the land.
