Quote from "Russia's Influence Campaign Targeting

the 2016 US Presidential Election" released to public of assessments held by
the CIA, FBI, and NSA

"Russian intelligence accessed elements of multiple state or local electoral boards. Since early 2014, Russian intelligence has researched US electoral processes and related technology and equipment."

Based on several other related researches I would be willing to bet a good sum of money that their operations changed the vote counts over different states and localities!

has forced the meme that no votes were affected. It is not CT to question the vote count itself. Less than 80,000 votes over many polling places could have been tampered with. I'm tired of being fed this line.

This came from a government report. Extrapolating that the Russians could have used information they clearly wanted is not wrong. I'm not pointing my finger at any person or precinct. But a lack of recount or investigation makes this more likely to occur, possibly again. Questioning the powers that be is never wrong and doing so does not make me like them.
