Trump Tweeting about the judge just now: "If something happens, blame him"

Donald J. Trump ‏@realDonaldTrump 9m9 minutes ago

Just cannot believe a judge would put our country in such peril. If something happens blame him and court system. People pouring in. Bad!

I have instructed Homeland Security to check people coming into our country VERY CAREFULLY. The courts are making the job very difficult!

I will be interviewed by @oreillyfactor at 4:00 P.M. (prior to the #SuperBowl Pre-game Show) on Fox Network. Enjoy!

He wants to stir up hatred against Muslims so he can go toward the Final Solution. Rounding them up and deporting them or if they are from here, putting them into camps. And if people beat or kill them, no punishment, because there will be a national Stand Your Ground so if a Trump supporter "feels threatened" they can shoot.

Hitler ran a 10-year propaganda campaign against Jews, so by the time they started rounding them up, the public didn't care. Propaganda is much faster now.

The court does not have broad discretion to find someone in contempt merely because they are defending a case in that court. The court has to have some basis for jurisdiction over the behavior - and the person being held in contempt must be given notice and an opportunity to be heard.

The court is no more dictator than Trump is - it can't just reach out and smack you upside the head because you are being a jerk.
