2. the only question in my mind is

what is the "it"?

civil war? world war? nuclear war? destruction of the planet?

my son says their end game is a country just for white men. i thought that was fairly cogent. it makes me wish that every woman and every person of color and every young man who hates what these people stand for could just find another place to live. leave them to this place and see how well they do. it's a fantasy which i find somewhat enjoyable. how they would learn how utterly helpless they would be left to their own devices. the president himself doesn't even know how to open a bus door and is apparently terrified of walking down stairs.

and who would they hate when all their targets were gone.
