I have no TV and am not very interested in the particulars of the Super Bowl, but on seeing your thread title I realize that Lady Gaga is the kind of person who would do something generally 'controversial', and given the state of things I could see it being overtly political.

I kinda hope she does.

She gave a high energy performance - sang and danced with gusto. No controversy whatsoever. She is clearly talented and I respect her for that, but her music just doesn't excite me personally.

I still don't know what a half time show has to do with the game, but at least she wasn't Bruno Mars.
