Cheating is now socially acceptable in our society.

Donald Trump cheated and won the election. The Patriots cheated and won 5 Super Bowls. Lance Armstrong cheated and won the Tour De France. Alex Rodriguez cheated and won the World Series. And now Betsy DeVos cheated and purchased a cabinet position. So it seems like the only way to get ahead in life is to cheat your way through. I think we should start doing that from now on.

1. Does this also means it's now okay to not pay taxes?

they don't have to hide it anymore. Cheating will get you a great CEO top level job somewhere, as long as you cheat the right people.

Trump has been doing so, since Daddy Frank showed him how to make money by screwing his own labor pool. Remember, Trumps spectacular failures in business go back to the 80s, when Reagan bailed his ass out.

So now the criminal activity is out in the open, nothing happened to Bush/Cheney for invading Iraq so why would local criminals sweat the small stuff?

As long as they bribe the right people; it pays to cheat, lie and steal.

Doing something every NFL team was doing at the time AND for not figuring out that nature would cause footballs to lose pressure in cold weather.

When it cost him his gig hawking Subway. And I think he was accused of doing steroids at one point (I think it was after London) but I can't remember if it was confirmed or not. Either way it wouldn't surprise me.

Smoking pot? Didn't know that was a banned substance in swim competition, doesn't seem likely. And it appears as time goes on that most competitive athletes have been doing steroids for a long time now.

Glad I don't spend too much of my time concerned with sports.

9. Michael Phelps?

Can you tell me how Michael Phelps cheated? I do not think I heard of any instances of him cheating.

However, we should not start cheating. Lance Armstrong lost those titles and is either being sued to force him to give back some of the money he won as a result of cheating, or he has already been ordered to give back some of the money. Alex Rodriguez will likely never be in the MLB Hall of Fame. Cheating more often than not has consequences. Many cheaters either lose what they wanted, or lose something else as a result of the cheating. I get that it can be hard to see some cheaters win, but should not start cheating ourselves; we should just work harder. In two and four years we can make some political gains if we work hard enough.

The only time they seem to get in trouble is if they steal from other rich people, if they are women, or people of color.

15. I am NOT a Patriots fan at all

but, I still don't get the big deal about filming the practices of other teams. I am guessing almost every other team out there does it and the teams turn a blind eye to it since they all do it to each other. But, the Patriots had a disgruntled former coach that turned them in over it. especially in this day of cell phone video - Bob the maintenance guy can set up his cellphone while he repairs a few seats in the stadium and presto, he has practice video.
