Legal opinions from our jurists members

Is trump's overt and very public, threat to ruin the career of a member of the Texas state legislature fall into the category of "high crimes and misdemeanors"?

Sorry, I just find it hard to imagine that it is not. There are many political figures, at every level, that have been removed from office for less overt statements.
