Schumer should get Warren's notes and pick up right where she left off. And if they silence him, they just move down, Senator by Senator, until McConnell has silenced ALL debate on Sessions.
Make it obvious that we no longer have a Representative form of Government.

(1,522 posts)Since the letter was sent to the Senate committee at that the time of Sessions earlier hearing, I would think it was entered into the official record.
Maybe the Senators can just use a procedural move to have the original record read by the Senate staff or secretary (can't remember what the title is this late).

(6,251 posts)Strom Thurmond "lost" the original letter, so that it was never read into the Congressional record. It was a bit of luck that the letter was found all these years later.

IF that is the case, then Takei's suggestion is a great idea.
The one thing is that every day Session's confirmation is held up, it's one less day Trump has him.
