Trump to judges: Even a 'bad high school student' would rule in my favor

this man is mentally incompetent.

Washington (CNN)President Donald Trump sought to lend his own legal argument for his executive order banning travel from certain Muslim-majority countries on Wednesday, discounting a legal challenge to the order as anti-security.

Contending that a US president has wide powers to control who comes into the United States, Trump read from US law and declared that even a "bad high school student" would rule in his favor.

"This isn't just me. This is for Obama, for Ronald Reagan, for the President. This was done, very importantly, for security," Trump said. "It was done for the security of our nation, for the security of our citizens, so people don't come in who are going to do us harm. That is why is was done. It couldn't have been written more precisely."

Trump said his executive order was "written beautifully" and fully within the bounds of US statute.

They're distinguished legal scholars who actually understand the Constitution and federal laws. Unlike you, they have studied those things for decades and bring all of that education and study to bear on all of their decisions. Also unlike you, they act with deliberation and after considering all of the factors.

See, they're really smart people who make decisions based on actual laws and principles. Again, in that, they are not like you at all.

Muslim ban = failed.
Yemen raid = failed.
Approval ratings = failed.
Mexican wall = failed.

Nice batting average.

How much more surreal can this shit get?

(Also, if he's saying stupid things loudly, odds are good that someone in his cabal is up to something Not Good, very quietly. What do you suppose we're being distracted from looking at this time?)

was "beautifully written." What does that even mean? Were there a lot of big fancy words that he didn't understand?

And as far as a "bad high school student" ruling in his favor that is not exactly a cogent argument given that such a student would most likely have no understanding of the legal concepts of the case.

Keep tweeting Trump. Show the world how STUPID you are, what an out-of-control bully you are.

So, are you saying that the legal argument backing your executive order is so weak and pathetic, that you can only get high-school morons to support it? No learned, educated professionals, no respected judges, just high-school students with double digit IQ's?
