Regardless of what HIS agenda may be (bully, bribe, threaten, whatever...) they need to walk in there with a clear and unified counter-agenda.
This lunch is giving them leverage. It can be used effectively, IF THEY ARE WILLING AND UNIFIED.
But they need to hear from YOU: "Please tell Senator (whichever) that if his 'bipartisan cooperation' is solicited during lunch tomorrow, he should ask for a show of good faith, FIRST, in the form of the past seven years' worth of tax returns being released in their entirety. This is a perfectly reasonable request, and as a constituent/donor to Senator (whatever), a taxpayer myself, and a patriotic American, I expect him to use this opportunity well."
If [Redacted] gets that same negotiation from all of the Senators he's trying to negotiate with, we will win, one way or another.
But given these Senators' perceptions of their voting base, they won't do it, unless they hear from YOU. All of you. And your friends, and relations, and other constituents in their own states.
This is a real opportunity to make a difference.
