I suspect that they will rule that the judge over reached in his order and instruct him to move on to a full hearing on the subject.

It's not all-or-nothing. They could strike down the TRO in part and leave it standing in part. I suspect that is what we'll get. They will act to bring the TRO in line with the other TROs filed in Boston and elsewhere.
