By challenging the legitimacy of the Judiciary has twitler violated his Oath of Office?

The one that he swore to uphold the Constitution of the United States?
Maybe the Oath should include the boiler plate "I swear to tell the truth the whole truth---" as a precaution against a lying sack of shit that gets selected.
