Since the election, bad or shocking or batshit crazy news seems to be breaking through the night. But there may be some wound licking going on at last as midnight approaches here.

Let's call it a few atoms of progress - but there is a slight reduction in pressure on DU tonight - things seem just a tad lighter (and happier). It's nice!

I know my mood is happier with the heart campaign underway. I feel the love!

I'll take whatever progress there is to be had.

2. The side of justice won a real victory today!

It was a good day, and we now more than ever need to focus on our victories.

I believe in America, and I believe we will survive this. It won't be easy, and we will have losses along the way. I just think we will come out the other side. Be it battered, bruised and damaged, we will survive to repair our nation again.
