OMG... judicial burn from the 9th Circuit will leave a mark:

"Moreover, in light of the government’s shifting interpretations of the executive order, we cannot say that the current interpretation by White House counsel, even if authoritative and binding, will persist past the immediate stage of these proceedings.”

If you don't speak "lawyer", that's "lawyer" for "this court does not believe a damned word you say."

But they very clearly stated why they made the decision they did and back it up with clear precedent...we couldn't have ask for a better or more well thought out smack down of Trump. The icing on the cake was they used his own words/tweets against him!!

Moreover, in light of the government’s shifting interpretations of the executive order (you lie!), we cannot say that the current interpretation by White House counsel (your shit don't hold water), even if authoritative and binding, will persist past the immediate stage of these proceedings. (no one else will believe this crap either. Give up now if you want to save face.)"
