1. You should have mail in your inbox that has a link to buy them.

Look for your Inbox on the top right side of the page.

3. Click on the line with the heart next to it

that asks if you want to buy hearts. On the page that comes up go down to the bottom and you can select how you want to pay, monthly or one time, etc. As soon as you pay you will see a line next to each person's post that asks if you want to give them a heart, and how many hearts you have left.

Sorry I'm not good at explaining. I hope it helps.
