Just let people avoid arrest / detention. Report that there were no suspects at the venue. Stand up for fairness.

Who is going to manage all the paperwork involved in discipline proceedings?

WE WILL PARDON ALL OF YOU!

don't think they are too concerned about drawn-out processes to deport them that will take years, or a bunch of resources

Took em less then 24 hours to deport Garcia de Rayos.

most people are out of jobs -- get on the bus, we'll take you to your job, which is picking tomatoes/painting houses/harvesting lettuce, etc., etc. Wonder how well that would go over with the deplorables?

about the town in Kentucky that wants their coal mining jobs back?

What struck me is that 58% of the people were on Social Security Disability. How does that even happen?

The few people I've ever known who tried to get that were turned down.

on disability!! Oh, wait -- you say you could go back to work if it was in a coal mine? How does that compute? To get disability, theoretically you shouldn't even be able to hobble around or sit at a desk. . . I'd love for someone to look into that. I'm guessing there is plenty of disability money getting dished out as long as 95% of the recipients are white RWers.

that says 58% of a town were receiving disability? Did it give any sort of reason for such an incredibly high number?

to be fair, coal mining is dangerous for the workers, and also can lead to lots of toxic runoff getting in the water system. So I could see there being an unusual proportion of residents who were disabled on the job, or who developed a mental/neurological/intellectual kind of disability from drinking contaminated water.

for low wages?? Then you think how many Senators have Latino housekeepers are they going to tell them pack your bags???? This is horrible to be taking place in the US. Sending mothers and children into misery.

That's the refrain you hear over and over - low-skill uneducated blue-collar workers who are unhappy they can't find a job that pays a middle-class wage anymore. They resent having to work at Walmart - they're sure as **** not going to be willing to pick crops.

That is basically my neighborhood: Del Ray.

I talked to my Vice Mayor and he can only confirm that ICE sent a letter to the City of Alexandria -- the rest (regarding people with h records at all) -- he is having a hard time figuring it out.

This is NOT GOOD.
