Shouldn't take much of an investigation - they have the call transcripts. Let's see them!

The Logan Act (1 Stat. 613, 18 U.S.C. § 953, enacted January 30, 1799) is a United States federal law that forbids unauthorized citizens from negotiating with foreign governments having a dispute with the U.S. It was intended to prevent the undermining of the government's position. The Act was last amended in 1994, and violation of the Logan Act is a felony.

Logan Act
§ 953. Private correspondence with foreign governments.
Any citizen of the United States, wherever he may be, who, without authority of the United States, directly or indirectly commences or carries on any correspondence or intercourse with any foreign government or any officer or agent thereof, with intent to influence the measures or conduct of any foreign government or of any officer or agent thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.
This section shall not abridge the right of a citizen to apply himself, or his agent, to any foreign government, or the agents thereof, for redress of any injury which he may have sustained from such government or any of its agents or subjects.

him so (though he is tough to get through to - hopefully they've fixed that problem!).

But it won't be real news until a Republican joins him.

The GOP has no concern with what is legal or what is good for the country.

They are interested in permanent power. They will do nothing that does not promote that goal.

Him what he can do. Love it every time he gets ticked off. He has high blood pressure. Can't be good for him to get mad. Hahaha.

1. Flynn angrily denies he talked to Putin.
2. Okay, he did talk to him, but not about sanctions
3. He talked to him, and maybe sanctions did come up, but he can't recall.
4. He talked to him, discussed lifting sanctions, before the election.

Next: Dump will angrily tweet how unfair it all is, and Democrats had better shut up.

Did Flynn not know there was a very good chance that conversation would be tapped into? A National Security Adviser had NO IDEA?

to the UCMJ?

I'm sure he still gets a pension so he's still on the payroll.

A General Court Martial would be fitting.
