I'm wondering if that was a one-time impersonation, or if she'll be reprising Trump!

I hate to think so badly of anyone but she just betrays everything honorable to me. Te Fatal Attraction thing broke me up.

way too soon for another Sean Spicer skit. I heard they were having a really hard time trying to keep the level of humor up.

I've just been watching clips but I was up last night so I watched the first few

The opening made me laugh but mostly because McCarthy just cracks me up. They need to get away from the pulling stuff out of the boxes bit. At this point that skit is a fill in by the viewer - we make ourselves laugh. I don't get the gum part.
Monologue was pretty good. Damn he was good looking back in the day. 30 Rock did a bit on this when they were switching to HD.
The Russell Stover ad was funny.
The Army skit - filler

Stopped watching at that point. Bedtime.

Leslie Jones "I wanna play Trump" was more aha than funny but that was a nice dig at the end with the limo.

The People's Court was pretty good. The fact that they did the skit after setting it up in the opening was very clever. That's not something I've not seen on SNL in all the years I watched. Th skit was pretty good. Bannon in the background and the small gavel to make his hands look bigger were nice touches. Again, those little details are not the norm for SNL.

your analysis though. Missed the gavel - good catch.

The gum part. Think there was something out there - he really does have a gum habit. Chews like thirty pieces a day and swallows them.

It's like they were making fun of her for being prepared. I don't know about anyone else, but i didn't like that part at all. It could be I missed some message of course.

They sort of made Warren look like a nut, which she definitely is not. I think it was too soon to bring back McCarthy. The People's Court skit was excellent, the Leslie Jones skit as an alternative Trump was funny, if one got the angle, the Weekend Review skit needs some writing improvement, it missed the mark this week and last week, the guest musician knocked it out of the park with both his songs.

It's a sketch comedy show so they make do some sketches about people you like. It's nothing personal.

Trump wants to call a character witness, a family member. His sons stand up but it is semi naked Putin who entered and they, humiliated seat back down. On his way to the "witness stand" Putin shakes hands with "Bannon" in his death monster custom, who is sitting behind the family.

The gut-busting comedy!

I almost died laughing so hard at the sit-up sketch at the end of the show!

Alec Baldwin is always so ready to go out there!
