The FBI should rotate agents from East of Mississippi to the Western states

every 3 to 5 yrs. Also agents West of the Mississippi go to eastern states.

This would prevent agents from becoming part of the political and criminal structure in their area.

Also agents would get to know the whole country.

The military rotate personnel and their families all the time, it's not that big a deal.

military family and structure. This would be terrible for their lives and would probably make it harder to attract people to the work.

You're very close to that, and the FBI has to shoulder a lot of the blame. They have been intrinsic to the Shitgibbon Catastrophe.

The FBI Academy, dedicated to being the world’s premier law enforcement learning and research center and an advocate for law enforcement’s best practices worldwide, is operated by the Bureau’s Training Division. Situated on 547 acres within the immense Marine Corps Base in Quantico, Virginia, the FBI Academy is just one of many facets of the Training Division, whose work reaches far beyond the confines of the campus grounds.
