So Stephen Miller references "Center for Immigration Studies" report saying 72 cases of terror

from persons from the 7 countries since 9/11 in his Sunday Morning Talk-Show interviews

Hmmm...lets take a look at the "independent, non-partisan, non-profit, research organization" report.

Well , was "published" yesterday ( same day as Miller taped the interviews - so no collusion there )

AND - its full of bullshit .

Lets start with this guy:

Monzer Al Kassar ( yes , he was born in Syria , in 1945 but has lived in UK and Spain)

In 1987, investigations into the Iran-Contra scandal found that al-Kassar had been paid 1.5 million pounds by someone in the U.S. government to sell arms to Nicaraguan Contras;[1] according to an article in The New Yorker, the money came from "a Swiss bank account controlled by Oliver North and his co-conspirators."[5]

And then there are these guys;
Kamel Albred
Haider Alshomary
Wathek Al-Atabi
Hatef Al-Atabi
Fadhil Al-Khaledy
Mohammed Alibrahimi
Haider Al Tamimi
Ali Alubeidy
Alawai Hussain Al-Baraa
Mustafa Al-Aboody

All Iraqi refugees who had found Saddam , caught up in a bogus HG Drivers license scam. But werent charged with any terrorism and only received probation.

Now that I think of it , I think they have a case to sue the assholes who say they were terrorists.

...and thats just the first couple I looked at.

SHIT - it gets better...this guy is on it..

He is only here in the US because we arrested him at sea , and brought him to NY , yes he is charged with terror crimes , but NOT as a refugee/immigrant.

7. Reminds me of Judith Miller pieces in The NY Times the day of Sunday morning news show

appearances by Dick Rummy Condi and Wolfowitz in the run up to the War on Iraq. They cited Miller's articles and since they came from the LIBERAL NY Times it gave them credence.

This CIS report being released the same day means that no one interviewing him had knowledge of the report or a chance to review it - I'm playing in a world where I'm assuming basic levels of journalism.
