His first line was "We...we do NOT need a RECKLESS president who believes SHE is above the law."

The crowd interrupted with chants of "Lock her up!" and he lost his place. His next line was "We DO need a RECKLESS president who believes HE is above the law (and will sell us out to Putin in return for not releasing the golden showers tapes)."

Big difference. He meant to tell it like it is but the crowd interrupted and he lost his place. It's the crowd's fault.
