I accidentally saw part of Marco Rubio's speech on the Senate floor last night and I think he may have been talking about that subject (apparently it was part of a debate). I only caught dribs and drabs because all I could think about was this thread and this pic while laughing hysterically -
and I eventually posted in the thread that I found Rubio!
