Trump is vindictive old prick and he probably enjoys adding the public humiliation of torturing his female employee (one of scarce few) in a very public manner by taunting her in social media. He didn't torture Flynn, who caused him far more serious problems, so he's just letting loose some of his nasty, sexist urges.
