What did the pResident know and when did he know it?

Michael Flynn, discredited U.S. Army Lt. General, was fired from the DIA for creating and maintaining a hostile work environment. He has resigned under a cloud as National Security Advisor. In the interim, he was a paid speaker in Russia. How much money did Flynn get to speak? Why didn’t he report the money? Furthermore, he violated the Logan Act by illegally speaking with the Russian ambassador and then constantly lied about it to all. This includes the press, the U.S. citizenry, the Congress, the Vice-pResident, and the pResident, though we are not too sure about the last. He may have been ordered by the pResident-elect to make this contact. It is yet unclear about this last point. If it is true, then Trump also violated the Logan Act, an impeachable offense. The acting U.S. Attorney General informed the White House about Flynn’s actions. She was later fired for resisting the President’s illegal Muslim ban.
So, what did the pResident know and when did he know it?
Why no call for investigation from the right? Russia interfered with our elections. Now the Russians have possible Quislings in our government.
Is it party over country? Is the right, that is, the Republican Congress an accomplice to treason?
Trump’s taxes are now fair game. They will show what the Russians have over him.
