Malcolm Nance: These people need to be getting lawyers and cutting deals

On tv with Joy Reid just now. He said that "the FISA warrant authorized the NSA to turn on the full collection power of the United States. When we have both sides of the conversation - you are gonna get caught."

So these aides could be cutting deals to help nail the bigger fish in the fetid pond.

In a nutshell - no big deal, they're always out there. Is it connected to the 35 guys getting kicked out...maybe, but it's a pretty common thing to see.

I just love listening to the pros putting things into perspective.

I record Lawrence's program every night so I still have it. I backed up the show as it was live several times to keep hearing what Nance and the other guest were asserting. It was a heck of a segment.

And now, the first guest on The 11th Hour program was hair raising. He laid out the circumstances and the implications so clearly that it's sinking in more and more for me that I wouldn't be surprised if Trump found a way to step down. His actions during the campaign and after the inauguration have been antithetical to American foreign policy. Now Katy Tur is speaking about Trump and why he was so pro Russia during that time. They're plugging in the cast of characters into the timeline and it's frightening.

Trump absolutely has to come out with a statement from the Oval Office. He has to be sitting behind his desk and speak to the nation and the world. Deny it or come clean and step down. Something.

But I thank you again, and I will make it to Malcolm in a bit - oh, I check his tweets all the livelong day and yep, he posted this this evening:

There's just so much splatter flying off the fan that it's hard to remember where I saw things. But it might have been Joy Reid's weekender.

Surely, he's broken his oath in more ways than that, though.

But he knows the mechanics of the system and has been teaching us a lot. Like he said - he predicted this 7 months ago.

I just missed it on the tv.

I have it recorded and will go back and watch that segment again. Heck, even Brian Williams's program was a must watch tonight. His first guest had me thinking, holy crap - Trump might have to resign. You know how it feels when the cast of characters gets plugged into the timeline and it all sinks in in a flash. How the puzzle all fits together and squeezes plausible deniability out of the picture.
