WHO will draw their gun FIRST ...?
Taking "seeing the whites of their eyes" a bit far, The Republican Governor of Illinois and the Democratic Legislature must now be locked in a deep tongue-kiss, as their 2+ year impasse on agreeing on a state budget continues.
Yep -- they can't even agree on how they are going to screw their own state over, proving that "natural" and "organic" is always better -- just let things take care of themselves. Eventually ivy and kudzu will cover it all up, and we can just say,"Remember when Illinois was ..."
We don't need to travel to the Middle East or Africa to discover a "failed state ..."
