The muscle knots and ropes in my neck, shoulders and lower back have muscle knots.

I've never dealt well with irrationality and that is all I am seeing. And not just irrationality, but irrationality that is being encouraged, aided and abetted by the majority of people, in Congress, who SHOULD be working to protect us. Instead I feel like we are just being pushed towards the edge of a cliff. I still can't wrap my mind around how this could possibly happen to this country!
