That's because the woman is April Ryan, a reporter for MSNBC-which he considers "bad". That was only the beginning of a terrible exchange on his part. She asked about the CBC (Congressional Black Caucus), he didn't know what it was. Then, he asked her if they were friends of hers and if she would schedule a meeting for him with them.

seeing the way this idiot speaks ... he can't use more than 5 or 6 words per sentence. You know, it's bigly, you know what I'm saying, I'm telling you. God have mercy!! This guy is an absolute moron....no offense to morons, but damn. He's illiterate.
