Did Trump advise Flynn to inform the Russians that the "sanctions" would be taken care of?

I think he did.

I do not believe the former head of the Defense Intelligence and a three-star General would do such a thing on his own. In my opinion, he was following orders.

Of course, "following orders" is no excuse to break the law.

It is against the law for citizens to negotiate policies for our country that are counter to the stated policies of the President in power. Until the new President is sworn into office, he has no more official capacity than you or I.

But, Trump seemed to think he was the President as soon as he won the election in November? He started negotiating with businesses to stay in this country and he manipulated stock prices by making comments about one business or another. So, it would not be surprising if he ordered Flynn to talk to the Russians about the "sanctions".

And what is with a Russian ship outside of Connecticut? And a Russian plane dive bombing a US Navy Boat? Is this a warning to Trump? I believe Putin will march through Eastern Europe using terrorism as his excuse and NATO will be weakened or destroyed outright by Trump at Putin's bidding...Putin helped Trump get elected and has something on him too.
